Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days upon receipt or within the specified lead time indicated on the website for each product. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, there may be delays in shipments by a few days. If your shipment encounters a significant delay, we will reach out to you via email or phone.

Transportation Time

1. South India- 2-5 days

2. North India – 5-10 days

in case of delay by logistics, there is a small delay in delivery.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Period of Delivery

Gold Plating Art Studio typically delivers orders within 2 to 5 business days of shipment. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that we do not guarantee specific delivery timelines.
